Key Replacement

Step 1:

-Create a ticket below and select the following options:

-My Issue Category: Purchase Parts (the choose "Parts")
-Describe The Problem: Product Key
-Our Customer Service Agents will use this information to see if a key replacement is available for your safe. Key availability may vary depending on the model, but our agents are happy to assist you.

Step 2:

-A Customer Service Agent will reach you via email.

Step 3:

-If a replacement key is available, a Customer Service Agent will send you a PayPal link to make the payment for your key(s) using PayPal by following the instructions on the notarized request form. Key replacement orders are $20 per piece.

Sept 4:

-Please allow 3-5 business days to process. Be sure emails from gunvault.com are on your safe sender list.
